William and Kate Celebrate 15 Years With Their Children

Prince William again Princess Kate Middleton shared a new family photo to celebrate the relationship milestone.
“Celebrating 15 years of marriage,” the official accounts of the Prince and Princess of Wales captioned a photo posted on Wednesday, April 29.
William, 43, and Kate, 44, were seen lying on the grass next to children Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis8, photo. The family’s two dogs also appeared in the photo.
Kate is pictured lying in the middle, taking her rightful place as the matriarch of the family. He is holding hands with Louis, who is lying on one side of his mother with Charlotte next to him. On Kate’s other side is George, who is between his mother and father. William is at the end, next to the family pets.
William and Kate met while studying at the University of St Andrews in Scotland. They were together when they were students but broke up briefly in 2007. The two eventually reconciled and tied the knot in April 2011 – with the world watching.
They gave an inside look at their home life and children at short intervals over the years. On their 10th anniversary in April 2021, the couple shared a video that showed them exploring the English countryside with their three children.
“Thank you to everyone for the kind messages on our wedding day,” the couple wrote at the time. “We are so grateful for 10 years of support in our lives as a family. IW&C.”
The two also experienced a series of good and bad times in their marriage. Their relationship was put to the test after Kate announced in March 2024 that she had been diagnosed with cancer. The Princess of Wales praised her husband for sticking by her side through all of life’s fears.
“Having William by my side is a great source of comfort and reassurance, as well as the love, support and kindness shown by so many of you,” Kate told royal viewers when she announced she had cancer. “It means a lot to both of us. We hope you understand that as a family, we now need time, space and privacy while I complete my treatment.”
While William continued to attend public events during Kate’s cancer treatment, he offered sweet words about his wife. After Kate announced in September 2024 that she had completed chemotherapy, William shared a promising update on his health journey.
Kate “what are you doing [she] I can stay cancer free,” said William during a visit to South Wales at the time.
