“Look, that’s unfortunate in many different ways,” said Daniel, 39 The Jim Rome Show on Thursday, May 14. “We haven’t really discussed it. We haven’t done anything about it, so I’ll leave it there. That’s their business.”
He also added about this scandal and said, “It has become a job for everything, it’s like TMZ is covering us up, The Wall Street Journalall these things are overshadowing us, so I’m sure he’ll land on his feet somewhere and that’s all I’ll say about that.”
“I can respect that,” the host Jim Rome assured Daniel.

In April, Page Six published photos of Russini and Vrabel together at an Arizona resort. Both are married to other people – Russini is married to a Shake Shack executive Kevin Goldschmidt in 2020, when the New England Patriots coach, 50, married his wife, Jennifer Vrabelsince 1999.
A series of other photos and videos of Russini and Mike together were released after that Page SixThe first reveal, including a shot of them allegedly kissing in a New York City bar in 2020 and on a Tennessee riverboat while the reporter was pregnant in 2021.
Russini resigned from his job Athletic on April 14, during an internal review of his conduct.
“I’ve covered the NFL with professionalism and dedication throughout my career, and I follow every story I’ve ever published,” Russini wrote at the time. “When the Page Six something started to appear, The Athletec supported me without hesitation, expressed confidence in my work and pride in my journalism. For that I thank you. In the following days, unfortunately, commentators in various media outlets have indulged in arrogant speculations that cannot be denied by the facts.”
An NFL insider added, “Furthermore, this media frenzy is moving forward without regard to the review process.” Athletic trying to finish. It continues to escalate, fueled by repeated leaks, and I have no interest in investigating a community that has caused more damage than I am willing to accept.”
“Instead of allowing this to continue, I have decided to resign now – before my current contract expires on June 30,” he concluded. “I don’t do that because I accept the narrative that has been constructed around this episode, but because I refuse to lend it another breath or let it define me or my work.”
Mike spoke to the media before the NFL draft in April. (The Patriots had previously announced that Vrabel would miss the third day of the draft to receive treatment.)

I think my family and this football team is the most important thing…I’m excited for the challenge of both of those things.”
Recently, Russini and Goldschmidt, 40, were photographed together for the first time since the controversy. On Mother’s Day, May 10, Russini and Goldschmidt were seen hugging and kissing outside their New Jersey home.
