Morgan Wallen revealed his Christian faith at a recent concert, taking the stage with a Bible verse plastered on his leg.
In videos and photos shared on social media, the 33-year-old country star wore black characters emblazoned with “Joshua 2:21” in white during his performance at Clemson University’s Memorial Stadium in Clemson, South Carolina on Saturday.
Joshua 2:21 reads as follows: “He said: “Let it be according to your words.” Then he sent her away, and he tied a red string to the window.

According to Bible Hub’s analysis of this verse, the red thread has long been understood in Christian culture as a symbol of faith, redemption and God’s protection. It is also widely interpreted as symbolizing Christ’s redemptive sacrifice because it marked the deliverance of Rahab’s house during the destruction of Jericho.
