The Democratic Socialists of America gained power as housing costs rose

The establishment of the Democratic Alliance is being challenged as rebellion grows within its own party. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer called the Democrats “a great united party,” as rivals backed by the Democratic Socialists of America defeated incumbents and organized as a disciplined voting party. Party leaders dismiss them as loopholes, but the DSA forms a “Freedom Caucus of the left” with the power to withhold votes, pressure the leadership and force a social agenda.

Socialism is becoming the Democrats’ answer to MAGA because both organizations are responding to the anger of Americans who feel forgotten by offering solutions. The average first home buyer is now in their 40s. America’s youth are struggling with housing costs, inflation and fewer opportunities. Parents are paying more for housing, groceries, health care and child care while it seems that political leaders are not following the policies they are passing.

MAGA addresses frustrations by providing solutions that focus on work, family, identity, secure borders and national assets. Democratic leaders continue to explain their mission to get President Donald Trump, leaving the socialists to fill the economic vacuum with promises of government relief from all economic hardships.

PETER THIEL RAISES LIBERAL ASPEN CROWD, WARNS DEMOCRATIC SOCIALISTS WILL TAKE OVER THEIR PARTY

DSA does not need to win the nomination to direct the goals of the presidency. It just needs the power to influence future Democratic candidates.

The biggest warning of all the capture of the socialists is the recent actions made by the darling of the Democratic Party, Gov. Gavin Newsom from California. He opposed California’s 5% wealth tax, warning it would drain wealth from the state. He then proposed the organization’s version. He saw the economic danger but continued with the mission. This is what confiscation looks like. Extremists gained enough power to make politicians accept policies they had previously rejected just to keep their support.

The DSA spent years building a political machine to force the deployment. It has trained lobbyists, supported candidates, developed policies and directed low-income Democratic primaries. Its candidates won in at least seven states and Washington, DC, this election cycle, from local and state legislative races to congressional primaries. Its influence is growing as Democrats, under the guise of the “big tent,” embrace the DSA agenda to avoid being a primary target. Political fear forces Democrats to embrace socialism.

Polls show why this strategy works. Half of young Americans say inflation affects them “a lot,” while 41% say the same about rising housing costs. Only 29% believe they will be better off financially than their parents. The new generation is losing faith that hard work will bring stability, home ownership or upward mobility and looking for a party to fill the void. Leftist socialists have swooped in, hidden government control behind the word affordability, and new voters are listening.

DSA offers voters affordability, which feels like a win. However, the broader agenda includes public ownership, expanded welfare, ICE bailouts, anti-Semitism, wealth redistribution and greater government control over housing. Socialism sells government control to pay rent, groceries and medical bills, but the cost of this is less freedom for work, property and a future.

THIRD MAJOR DSA VICTORY DEEPENS DEMOCRATIC BATTLE FOR PARTY’S FUTURE

Gallup finds that 57% of Americans view socialism negatively. This is a big caveat because the DSA does not need to win the presidency to exercise power. The DSA congressional movement can withhold votes and block the president’s agenda until approval of its policy is done. Republicans have seen how a minority group in the House can dictate the majority and delay important legislation.

The next Democratic president need not wave the socialist flag. The president can reject the label while social lawmakers block votes and activists infiltrate the administration demanding policy changes. The move is gaining momentum as it continues to gain policy approval.

The promise of America is for those who were born here and those who came legally. It is the freedom to work, build, own property and manage our lives. The American Dream can be renewed with affordable energy, secure borders, hard work, home ownership, raising a family and the opportunity to get ahead. Socialism is the real end because it promises redistribution of wealth, punishes greed and increases dependence on government.

Socialists are already using their power to dictate how Democratic leaders govern. Americans who want a return to common sense should see a warning before the American Dream becomes an American nightmare.
