Did Michael Rubin Throw a White Party for Taylor Swift’s Wedding?

Michael Rubin is talking about speculation that her White 4th of July Party in the Hamptons is moving dates because Taylor Swift again Travis Kelce‘s marriage rumors.
“We were talking about dates,” Rubin, 53, said People in a statement published on Wednesday, July 1. “We really knew that day, but we didn’t change because of that day.”
He continued, “But we knew that day and we didn’t want there to be people who had to choose.”
Rubin’s famous White Party took place on Wednesday, three days before Independence Day. The special event has been held over the 4th of July weekend at his Bridgehampton home, but has only been held on actual holidays since the annual gathering began in 2021.
“People come to the White Party whenever we do it,” he said. “The White Party is going to be amazing.”
Rubin, the Fanatics CEO, went on to tease all the star-studded events happening in New York over the next few weeks.

“I’ll tell you one thing. I think the stars will be in New York from July 1 to July 19. New York has never seen anything like this,” he said. “He has the White Party, the leading party in the world, which is followed [Swift’s] the wedding a few days later, followed by the Fanatics Fest. Oh, and this little thing called the World Cup, which ends here in New York… You got the ESPY Awards the night before Fanatics Fest.”
Swift and Kelce, both 36 years old, were rumored to be tying the knot over the July 4 weekend at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The couple, who announced their engagement, have yet to reveal details about their marriage. Several of them are famous – including Ed Sheeran, Sabrina Carpenter and more – have been spotted around the Big Apple and surrounding area as speculation continues about the day they say “I do.”
During his latest episode with his brother Jason KelceOn the “New Heights” podcast, the Kansas City Chiefs made headlines when they said July 4th celebrations can bring back “great memories.”
“The 4th of July weekend is right around the corner,” Travis said during an Expedia ad break. “We all have that 4th of July trip we still talk about. … The one that turned a long weekend into a memorable one.”
