The Nation’s Idiot Had To Cover Up Steve-O’s Penis Tattoo

The Nation’s Dumbest there was an unexpected challenge when it came to concealment Jackass star Steve-Opipi tattoo.

“He’s had a lot of time in the makeup chair to cover that up,” host Jack Whitehall told Self. Us Weekly. “And every time we did a physical challenge, he started sweating and so did the rest of the production team.”

Whitehall, 38, joked that “a few pixels were used to try to keep the show family friendly.” He also noted that it is very expensive to make sure Steve-O’s tattoo stays covered during his time on the Fox show.

“And we didn’t have much,” he laughed. “We spent most of the CGI budget on making Ice-T’s face look like he wanted to be there.”

Without further work, Whitehall praised Steve-O, 52.

“I think Steve-O impressed me. I probably overestimated his level of intelligence from the knowledge I had of him,” he added. I could see him jumping his testicles. I could see him bungee jumping from the porta-potty.

Whitehall continued: “I noticed he had a tattoo of a pee on his forehead, so I’d say the bar was set very low. [and] he had moments of great triumph.”

The Nation’s Dumbest described as a “proven format on many international locations, the station airs celebrity insiders as they return to summer school, facing a mix of brain-teasing activities, fast-paced physical challenges, and long-buried classroom experiences.”

According to the description, each week “the ‘smartest’ celebrity graduates, whittle down the field until the ultimate ultimate test determines who will be left standing with the coveted distinction—the title of The Nation’s Dumbest.”

“I think I will go very deep [the show if I was a contestant]. I have no common knowledge,” Whitehall told us. “And I have blind spots—especially in American pop culture and sports. I would be put off by a program like this.”

Whitehall jokingly called herself a “soft flower,” adding, “I don’t think I’d have the energy to put myself on the show. … [in school]. I was very much into art and drama – as a theater kid. I wasn’t good academically but I think people just think of me because I have a voice and I sound very intelligent.”

The comedian used it to his advantage The Nation’s Dumbest.

“On the show, I can look undercover and above all,” he said. “But I think it’s because I have a good British accent and all the answers are written on the clipboard in front of me.”

The Nation’s Dumbest premieres on Fox on Wednesday, July 15, at 9 pm ET.
