Vanderpump Rules alum Katie Maloney offers a glimpse of her chic pad in the City of Angels.
“I pay about $5,200 a month,” Maloney, 40, told Housing Advocate Caleb Simpson on Wednesday, April 15, on social media interview. “I’ve lived in LA for about 20 years. I moved here when I was 20.”
Maloney gave Simpson a tour of his “huge” apartment, which he shared boyfriend Nick Martin, I peek into his living room with fireplace, open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and more.
“She lives here too,” he said on Wednesday, going on to reveal how they met. “He is a singer and plays with the band Sleeping With Sirens. [mutual] our friend, and we met there. We became friends, and I think a year later, we fell in love.”
Maloney, who was married to an ex VPR the costar Tom Schwartz from 2016 to 2022, he decorated his apartment with Martin band memorabilia and an array of other knick-knacks.
“I like cute little things,” says the reality TV alum, pointing to a bookshelf filled with “tchotchkes, Barbies. [and other] random” in the corner of the living room. “I have canes too, I can show you. I found them in Salem. I have a bunch of tarot decks here. I’m like a big fan of magic.”
Entering the room, Maloney revealed that he and Martin were sleeping on leopard print sheets surrounded by band posters.
“I’m a perfume person,” added Bravolebrity, indicating two shelves filled with perfume bottles above the magazine rack. “I love those old magazines, like, we got 2004, 2000 [issues of Cosmo Girl].”
Maloney and Martin’s apartment also had a so-called “extra room,” which had a double bed and shoe racks.
“This is amazing,” Maloney muttered over his old ‘NSync dolls above the storage system. “This is all.”
While Maloney went on to admit that he wasn’t one to have a lot of pictures of himself hanging on the pad, he did make pictures of the entire OG. VPR characters that have yet to be shown.
