I’ll Find You Sam Worthington Tears Down the Show ‘Twists’

Sam Worthington broke the surprises that await fans of the book after Netflix I will find you presents twists – and changes – from Harlan Cobena novel.
“I knew there were going to be a lot of cliffhangers and twists and turns,” Worthington, 49, told Self. Us Weekly. “And you just go along for the ride. That’s part of the fun of being in the Harlan Coben genre.”
I will find youairing now, it follows David Burroughs (Worthington), who is wrongly arrested for his son’s murder and learns that his son may still be alive. In addition to Worthington, Britt Lower again Milo Ventimigliathe stars of the show Erin Richards, Jonathan Tucker and Madeleine Stowe. Clancy Brown, Logan Browning again Vas Saranga make other characters.
“I didn’t worry about doing all the action scenes. I knew going in there was going to be a lot of visuals,” Worthington recalled. “I find those things easy.”
II Will Find You also allowed Worthington to play a Boston native, saying, “People from Boston, and people from Australia, share the same kind of spirit. They both have a lot of anger and endurance and they both just get dull all the time.”
As the show focused on the father, Worthington was able to withdraw from his life.
“Being a father is everything, when you become a parent those feelings and emotions come out without thinking about it,” he continued. “And then my job is to go in and use whatever feelings I have.”
Worthington continued: “And if I can put that into the work, that’s great and hopefully that makes the work real.”
Before the show’s release, Coben focused on the Netflix show adapting his book — with major changes and twists.
“I’m going to give you an emotional response,” he said of his reaction. “When I first play, when I first see Sam Worthington and Britt Lower and Milo Ventimiglia and the other great actors and crew, I think, ‘I had this little idea in the corner of my house in New Jersey and now all these wonderful people are going to make it come to life.'”
Coben enjoyed the television adaptation, expressing how surreal it was to see it done in reality.
“Netflix pressed a button and it’s in 190 countries and 300 million homes,” he said. “I’m still very happy when I think about that. I’m lucky and it feels special and I don’t want to let anyone down so we can work hard on this.”
The author also revealed her favorite transformation, adding, “I think the characters of Max and Sarah are unique in the book. And Adam. They’re unique in the book and I love what we did with them.”
