General Hospital: Portia’s Paternity Bombshell – Did Stella Change DNA Results?

General Hospital he reveals that Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) has just given birth to her baby. And of course, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) helped deliver the adorable little boy after bullying Portia at work.

We will have Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) meet his newborn son soon. And I wonder if there is another big twist in store. We will discuss the possibility of Aunt Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) interfering with Portia’s paternity test.

General Hospital: Portia and Jordan Work Together

Now, I know a lot of fans would be happy if it turns out that’s not Curtis’s baby. After Jordan got into a heated, trash talk about how much Portia was guilty of Curtis facing criminal and civil charges, that’s when Portia went into labor and Jordan showed up to help deliver Portia’s son.

And it’s a good thing too, because Portia has been pregnant since last August. That child was late. But he was not happy when he saw Jordan enter his house. But the choice between Jordan being there or Portia giving birth alone made him push his dislike for Curtis’ girlfriend. So Jordan called an ambulance, but they must have gotten lost in traffic or on Route 98.

So her helping Portia give birth could have been a game-changing moment for Jordan and Portia. But to be honest, I don’t think you owe Jordan any favors after the way he did. Because Portia is right. Curtis deserves no mercy as he has no regrets about attacking Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson). Zero regrets it and plans to attack him again in court, not physically.

Stella Tries To Kick Isaiah Away From GH

So, I’m sure the ambulance is coming soon to take Portia and her newborn son away General Hospital. And this week, Curtis steps up General Hospital and Portia says, “Meet your son.” So, when Isaiah comes to check on Portia, we will see Stella trying to chase Isaiah away.

And Aunt Stella says to give Curtis and Portia a minute. But it doesn’t look like Isaiah listens to Stella or really gives them a minute because Isaiah interrupts Portia and Curtis while they’re cheering on their bundle of joy. So I think that Isaiah’s appearance may cause Curtis.

I hope you behave. A GH The Summer spoiler says that Isaiah and Curtis have temporarily put aside their differences for the sake of family. So, things may be tense, but with Portia’s baby boy just born and Curtis happily on the moon, I wonder if there’s a twist ahead.

General Hospital: Stella’s Experimental Theory of the Past and Returns

Because if you remember when Portia and Curtis’ marriage fell apart, Stella urged them both not to give up. He was an uncompromising person. And we all know that Stella likes to meddle in other people’s business, especially Curtis’s. But Stella really wanted Curtis and Portia’s marriage to work.

Stella wanted it to work, even after Curtis and Portia had completely given up on that marriage. When Stella noticed that Portia and Isaiah seemed closer than boss and employee, we saw Stella go into busy mode. And he was asking Portia how close she is to Isaiah. Meanwhile, Portia assured Stella that she and Isaiah were just friends.

But after Curtis walks out on Portia, when he says, “If you leave, we’re done,” that’s when he meets Isaiah. But their marriage was over. And Curtis was the one who removed the rift by leaving. So when Aunt Stella found out that Portia was pregnant, she was happy, she thought it was Curtis’s child.

When Stella found out that Portia had a bun in the oven, she insisted even more that Curtis and Portia needed to save their marriage for the sake of the baby. And then, of course, because of Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) attempted murder case, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) dragged on stage that Portia had an alibi because she was with Isaiah that night.

Of course, Stella was not happy to hear that Portia was moving on with Isaiah. Then there’s the worry of a paternity test with Portia not knowing if Curtis or Isaiah is the father of her child.

While Portia was very nervous about the test results, Isaiah was very excited about the prospect of becoming a father. And of course, Curtis was already working. Then when Portia got the results of her father’s test, she said, “Curtis is the father.” He was very happy and so was Stella.

But Isaiah was disappointed and so was Portia because that meant that another eighteen years of Curtis in her life was annoying her. Stella was happy though and I’m sure she would be happy if Portia and Curtis reconciled and put their marriage back together. But he is caught between Jordan and Portia falling for Isaiah. He lived in his house until he was given a house by Curtis.

So, take this. Stella was more invested in that child than in Curtis. And Stella knows that Portia tricked Curtis out of raising Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) by telling someone that he is Trina’s father. So maybe Stella thought Portia owed Curtis. In addition, Stella was really troubled by her thinking that Portia was cheating with Isaiah. I disagree with that thinking.

General Hospital: The Dissolve?

Portia and Curtis were only married on paper. He came out with his marriage to Portia and knew it was over and it was all because of his emotional cheating with Jordan. And in fact, Portia told Curtis, “If you walk out the door, our marriage is over.” He looked at Portia and left. So, Curtis made a choice. It is done. But in Stella’s mind, Portia was unfaithful. Curtis’ idea, too.

So, Stella might think that Isaiah was not fit to be a father, and her precious Curtis was. And with that in mind, it’s easy to see why Stella might have cheated on that paternity test. And don’t forget, you work in a hospital. You have access. He might have been able to get into the lab, change the results, and he might have thought that Curtis deserved more fatherhood than Isaiah.

Stella’s Story as a Busy Person in a General Hospital

And Stella may have wanted to punish Isaiah for sleeping with Curtis’s wife. Stella may even justify it in her mind that it is the best thing for everyone. And this wouldn’t be the first time Stella interfered in a big way. Remember when Jordan and Curtis broke up? Stella thought that shouldn’t happen. And Jordan signed the divorce papers. He put them in his mailbox in his office when he was the police commissioner.

Stella really wanted Curtis and Jordan to stay together. So, Stella steals the divorce papers. She put that envelope in her purse so that the divorce could not be finalized. And finally Stella was like, “Okay, they’re not coming back.” He was going to send them, but then he had a stroke and spilled the coffee in the envelope and it was thrown out, I think, by. Bobbie’s Diner. It wasn’t until the time came for Curtis and Portia to get married that Curtis had to return the divorce because he and Jordan thought it was over.

Paternity Bombshell Coming to General Hospital?

So, given Stella’s access to General Hospital and her tendency to meddle, I think she may have interfered with Portia’s father’s examination. And with the baby born, there could be a health issue that would come up and that would reveal that Curtis is scientifically not going to be the father and that Isaiah is, you know, a blood type, some kind of donor match, one of those kinds of things.

And at this point, given how toxic Curtis has been, beating Isaiah, walking around like a bully, many fans would like to find out that Curtis is not really the father of that baby boy. But even if Stella is doing fraud, I wouldn’t expect it to come out so soon. With such a big change, it feels like a sweeping moment.

The July sweep ends on Monday, and our next sweep is in November. I think that will give us time to finish Curtis’ case, for Isaiah to take Curtis to civil court for damages, for the injuries he caused in the beating, and for Curtis to ask Portia for the child.

I’m sure he’ll pick himself up and try to tell Portia that Isaiah shouldn’t be around their baby because he left the scene of the accident. Much of it is nonsense because Curtis is convinced by the overwhelming evidence that Isaiah left the scene of the accident caused by Jordan. So, we will have to wait and see. But karma may be coming with Curtis recommending Aunt Stella’s exposure if he does this.
