General Hospital Spoilers for Week 2 of April 20 – May 1, 2026 expect Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) to be sneaky and Rick Lansing (Rick Hearst) to suspect something.
General Hospital Spoilers for Monday, April 20th: Valentin’s show
On Monday, April 20, we have Molly Lansing (Kristen Vaganos) telling Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) that they should talk to Dr. Navarro (Christina Ferraro) before they make plans. It feels like they are trying to fit into that space that they missed because of Molly’s surgery. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) gets an unexpected visit from someone. You will actually be visited twice. Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) swings by Sonny.
I’m sure it will discuss Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) who wants to work for Sonny and fight against the WSB. And Sonny tells someone on Monday that he has a better idea. It might be Alexis, but she’s also talking to Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean Parsons) soon because Kristina Corinthos (Kate Mansi) is at Sonny’s watching Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears) when Ethan shows up looking for his dad and Kristina spends time catching up with Ethan and tells him that she really misses Ethan and tells him that she really misses him. Kristina then asked Ethan if he wanted a job with his dad.
GH Spoilers: Willow makes a Ruthless Move
Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) is very determined and as usual it’s about her children and she yells at Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) to keep Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) who she calls “that” away from their children or she will regret it. And then someone gives Michael new information and it could be Jacinda, you know maybe something Willow said before she arrived or what Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) wants from Jacinda and what she’s giving.
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is shocked and possibly Valentin tells Carly that he snuck into Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) house to meet her and Valentin says they need to take action against Jack and Nina is perfect to help him with this. So on Monday she tells Carly that they need to do this and that she can really help. But I wonder if Carly is jealous which seems to be a thing at the moment.
Also, the plan is for Valentin to give Nina information, specific information, limited information that he will give Jack so that he doesn’t continue to harass Nina and he doesn’t continue to threaten Willow. But the question is, will this work? So, Nina wants to hire someone, and I wonder if it’s Ric to have a sound legal board in these criminal matters, but she knows she won’t tell anyone.
General Hospital Spoilers Tuesday, April 21st: Sonny Takes a Risk
On Tuesday, April 21, Sonny takes a risk. Either by hiring Ethan or at least partnering with him to target Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is completely cast. This week, he and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) have a heated discussion. It could also be Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) or Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) or Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr). Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) comes in to see Cullum at General Hospital.
I’m sure Dante has more questions for Cullum about the shooting. And Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) faces off against Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). And I wonder if there is something about the Porsche and the child or the car crash. Ric is skeptical about Tuesday and possibly Nina if he hired her.
GH Spoilers for Wednesday, April 22nd: Jordan Dumps Herself on Curtis
On Wednesday, April 22, we have Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) confiding in Curtis. I just wonder if Jordan will continue to try to blame all of this on someone else. Because let’s clarify who was in the other car, Isaiah or Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) or Danny and Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke), Jordan almost ran over them driving in the other lane because he was acting like a stupid teenager.
So, I hope General Hospital he will not make this nonsense of being the victim of anything but his own bad judgment. He and Curtis don’t know if the other driver saw the accident and can’t prove it. So, it’s crazy for them to go after this vehicular homicide, you know, attempted homicide, failure to render aid, whatever it is. They don’t know if that person could see or not.
Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is looking for answers on Wednesday, and I bet it’s back to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) protecting his stuff. Also, Emma Scorpio-Drake (Brayden Bruner) gets a surprise. Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) takes Emma on a romantic trip to Manhattan. They are going to see a Broadway show. Britt is worried that someone she loves is in danger. Maybe he’s starting to figure out that Rocco may have shot Cullum. And Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) opens up about her worries. I wonder if he can tell his brother Ethan about the Rocco and Cullum incident, knowing he can trust him.
General Hospital Spoilers Thursday, April 23rd: The May Sweep Begins
On Thursday, April 23, May’s sweep begins and we’ll see Willow transform her powers. And I wonder if he’s going to abuse his Congressional powers for himself or Sidwell like Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) did both ways. And Willow could be doing a bad deed to Sidwell to put her in the position or she could be targeting Jacinda or trying to somehow cover up for Trina and Kai since they know she shot Drew. Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) has an interesting encounter with Ethan. So, the loss of Luke will be the main topic as Tracy tells Ethan how much he reminds her of Luke. And I’m sure Ethan has her to thank as well since Tracy saved his life at that auction a few years ago.
In addition, Elizabeth visits Drew. She blinks and blinks, hoping that he might save her. And I actually think Elizabeth is a good choice to find out what’s going on because she’s a medical professional. And it might work because you ask if Drew is asking for help. Also, Gio and Emma check out the obvious during their trip to New York. And Ric needs Alexis’ opinion on something and it might be about Willow. Maybe if Nina hires him, she wants to get around him to find out that he was Willow’s lawyer now that the case is over. We will see.
GH Spoilers for Friday, April 24th: Cassius is Angry
On Friday, April 24, Cassius is upset. Maybe it’s something Lulu pushes him aside so she can spend time with Ethan or it could be something affecting her bosses Sidwell and Cullum or her sister Britt. Speaking of him, he needs confirmation. So he can get that from Lucas or maybe Brad, maybe Josslyn. Felicia receives upsetting news.
And the question is, is it about Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) in France? And someone is warned by Valentin. So many options. It might be Joss, Carly, Gio, and Emma’s head to see Disney’s Aladdin on Broadway. And they walked backstage together GH Guest star Michael James Scott, who plays himself. Gio has known him since the days when he used to play the violin in the orchestra pit in Manhattan.
Week of April 27th-May 1st: First Full Week of May Sweeps General Hospital
Then the week of April 27 to May 1, is the first full week of May sweeps, and we will see Willow use all her efforts to try to get Justine out of Michael’s life. I think she’s going to be brutal, but if Willow gets too worked up about this, Sidwell might just slap her down.
He doesn’t need Willow to be as sloppy as Drew was. Ethan strategizes with Sonny. They trade notes on Sidwell and Cullum and maybe what happened to Jason. Drew tries hard to give Elizabeth a sign. He may come back to visit her if he feels that something is wrong.
General Hospital Spoilers: Carly’s Jealous Shows
And Carly might be really worried that Valentin hired Nina. Of course, Valentin was really worried when Carly took Jack to bed. However, I think Carly is playing too long for Jack and she felt it was necessary. I think she was also using that as a way to push Valentin back because let’s face it, Carly is falling for Valentin. And I think she falls for him too.
Alexis remains determined to keep Danny out of the crowd. That’s why he went to Sonny in the first week of these two weeks. And I think he’s going to be keeping a really close eye, maybe a helicopter ride, which might just push Danny towards Sonny or whoever else is going to bring him in.
Michael is looking for a way to prove that Willow shot Drew. Nina plays Jack and feeds him this fake information. And in May, we’ll see Michael James Scott in Port Charles perform A Friend Like Me from Aladdin in special practice in The Savoy.
