Gayle King Talks Savannah Guthrie’s Today Show

Gayle King he throws his support behind Savannah Guthrie together with him Today show returns as an investigation about his mother Nancy’s the disappearance continues.

“I still hope that someone will do the right thing,” King continued. “Somebody, somebody knows something, and it’s amazing to me after seeing Savannah open her heart, after watching the video that we all see, and after the million dollar reward that there was no solution to this case.”

He added, “So I’m just here wishing him well and being happy. I’m glad he’s back.”

Savannah, 54, is back Today on April 6 after two months of going missing in connection with the disappearance of his mother Nancy, who was reported missing in Arizona on February 1.

“Hello, welcome Today this monday morning. We’re so glad you started your week with us, and it’s good to be home,” he told viewers when he returned with his first episode.

Savannah stepped back from the show at the time, moving from New York to Arizona amid a police investigation into her mother’s disappearance. During the absence of Savannah since Today, Hoda Kotb fill him up.

In one video released by Savannah, Annie and Camron on social media, they pleaded for Nancy’s safe return.

“We got your message and we understand,” Savannah said in a video shared on February 7, as she curled up and held the hands of her siblings. “We are now asking you to return our mother to us so that we can be happy with her, that is the only way we will have peace, this is very important to us and we will pay.”

On February 10, the FBI released photos and video of a masked man at Nancy’s home. However, no suspects have been officially identified since his disappearance.
