Dancing with the Stars‘ Jenna Johnson shared an emotional video documenting the recent “crash” during the 2026 live tour.
In a Saturday, May 2, TikTok video, the professional dancer, 32, filmed herself wiping away tears as she captioned the scene. “I’m sick, my body hurts, in my time,” the caption began. “This is what my guardian angel had to deal with yesterday lol.” Another text caption pasted in the middle of the clip reads, “Mid-crash on my boss.”
While the videos captured Johnson appearing to be moved, talking to the camera during various takes, his voice and subsequent performances were inaudible.
The video was shared within two weeks of the end of this year Dancing with the Stars Live The tour, which began on January 22 at the Akron Civic Theater in Ohio and will wrap up on Wednesday, May 13, at the same venue.
Fans were quick to express their concern for Johnson, who is accompanied on the tour by her professional dancer husband Val Chmerkovskiy. “DWTS The tour should be renamed Survivor. That’s right [a] the effort to look extremely difficult,” one wrote in the video’s comment section.” Another wrote, “I wish people understood how hard this journey is for you but I know people appreciate you and love you so much ❤️.”
In March, Chmerkovskiy, 40, suffered a medical emergency while on tour, and was hospitalized while traveling in Illinois as part of the experience. Chmerkovskiy, who has been married to Johnson since April 2019, shared this on Instagram at the time. “What’s up guys, my bad, I ended up here in Peoria, [Illinois]but the doctor was cool, shouted our Claire [personal trainer] on our journey with everyone on the journey to meet. I just had vertigo the last few days and I had it yesterday,” she said in her March 1 post.

Wearing a gray shirt and blue beanie, Chmerkovskiy appeared downcast in the video while his voice was hoarse and his eyes filled with tears.
Recently, another DWTS expert, Brandon Armstrongannounced that he is leaving the tour after being seriously injured. “It’s okay, though: There’s no easy way to say this and, honestly, I’m sad but you can’t say I’m hurt,” Armstrong, 31, said on Saturday, April 25, in a social media video showing him wearing a sling on his arm. “I’ve been dealing with a little problem with my elbow for a while and a few games ago I did something small and it just went south.”
His post continued, “Long story short, I’ve broken my elbow. It could be worse, obviously it could be better. I talked to the doctor and was advised by that doctor and the team on the trip that I need to go home and get it looked at and try to figure it out, see what the next steps are to get me back on track.”
