Danny Go! Update Share Star’s 14-Year-Old Son’s Cancer

Danny Go! star Daniel Coleman shared a heartbreaking update on her 14-year-old son Isaac’s cancer battle.
“I haven’t had a bit of an update on Isaac’s cancer and it’s still hard for me to process and talk about it. But the high-level update is that his cancer has been getting worse and his energy has gotten worse,” Daniel, 40, shared on Instagram on Thursday, April 23. “We’re in the middle of a short round of palliative radiation right now to slow the growth of a large mass under her right eye, but we’ve switched to an approach that focuses on comforting her overall.”
Daniel also revealed that his son “has a palliative care team on board now to help manage the pain” four months after being diagnosed with stage III oral cancer.
“We do our best to make each day as fun and relaxing as possible for him,” he continued. “[My wife] My heart aches for Mindy and I when I watch her go down, she knows how frustrating and scary this must be for her. But we’re trying to put it all together and continue to put in the time we still have with our boy.”
December 2025, Daniel announced for the first time to his followers that his eldest son “had cancer in his mouth.” (The YouTube star and his wife are also the parents of Levi, 10.)
Daniel explained that he knew “this day is coming, as it is certain with Fanconi anemia.” Isaac was born with a rare genetic disorder in 2011.

“It’s definitely coming earlier than we expected and it’s still a shock to hear about your child, even if you’ve been wanting to reach him for years,” said Daniel before the holidays. “The cancer site is going to require a lot of surgery and possibly bone work, so we’re not sure what the recovery will look like. But we’re eager to get it done quickly, so the surgery will probably be in the next few weeks. … In the meantime, we’re taking it easy and taking the cancer seriously.”
Although Daniel has tried his best to keep his fans informed about Isaac’s life on social media, he has also made it a priority to celebrate the big achievement.
Earlier this month, friends expressed their amazement at Issac’s out-of-this-world experience. It is a beautiful memory that Daniel and his family hold on to.
“You know you’ve made it in life when your closest friends come to your backyard on a random Wednesday and surprise your Sith-loving son with a full Star Wars show (which they secretly planned and rehearsed many times. 😭),” shared Instagram. “It goes without saying, it was the core memory of Isaka and our entire family!! 🩵.”
