Britney Spears Notifies Police Mother Killed Boy During DUI Arrest

Britney Spears brought about a fatal accident, decades ago involving his mother, Lynne Spearswhen he was arrested for DUI in March, according to newly released police photos.
After the officer warned Britney, 44, that “it’s very dangerous to drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs or both,” she replied, “Yes, sir, I know.” My mom actually killed a man on a bike, but I’ve never done that before,” as shown in a video published by TMZ on Thursday, May 21.
The officer tried to continue his action, but Britney interrupted him and added, “And nothing happened to him! … Why didn’t they arrest him?
In 1975, Lynne killed a 12-year-old boy. Anthony Winterswhen he rushed his injured brother. Sonny Bridgeshospital in Kentwood, Louisiana.
“The roads were slippery because of the rain, and as I was turning a corner, a car came from the left lane,” he recalled in his 2008 memoir, Through the Storm. “In a short while I saw two guys riding bicycles on the road. Suddenly, I felt that I was going to hit one of them, until I failed, as I knew that my car would not stop, no matter how hard I hit the brakes.
Lynne, now 71 years old, did not face charges in the incident.

“He never contacted me,” Yvonne told Radar Online. “It was an accident. It was a terrible situation, but it was an accident, and accidents can happen to anyone.”
Photos of Britney discussing the tragedy surfaced on Thursday as police released more details about her March 4 arrest.
In a report obtained by Us Weeklyofficials noted that the Queen of Pop had said “nonsense” during their investigation and admitted to drinking a mimosa and taking medication, including Prozac and Adderall, earlier that day.

Britney, who has a history of mental health issues and substance abuse, spent a night in jail before going to hospital the following month. He got out a few weeks later.
On May 4, the “Toxic” singer pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of reckless driving as part of a plea deal with prosecutors. He was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to complete a DUI class in addition to seeing a psychiatrist once a week and a psychiatrist twice a month.
“In her plea today, Britney has accepted responsibility for her behavior,” her attorney, Michael Goldsteinsaid the statement to Us at that time. “She has taken important steps to make a positive change, which is evident in the Ventura County District Attorney’s decision to reduce the charge in this case and dismiss the DUI. Britney appreciates this wisdom and is grateful for the outpouring of support she has received.”
