Virgin River Star Addresses May Return After Casting Out

Virgin River‘s Stacey Farber revealed if he’s back after the show lost a few cast members.

“I’ve never heard of it. It’s always amazing,” Farber, 38, said to himself. Us Weekly. “I’ve left and I’m coming back.”

Farber didn’t decide to give it back another day. “I love that they’re still going,” he commented. “They just broadcast theirs [new season] and I know that sometimes they make a movie early in that game. I don’t know if they have moved on. I can’t speak to it, but I love it [the idea of coming back].”

“For me, I’m just trying to look at the length of the show and make sure that the characters we keep have enough of a story engine to keep them going,” showrunner Patrick Sean Smith told Deadline at the time. “So I can’t say that there are certain characters that are planned, but I think we will have to start – as the characters go through their studies – make decisions and bring in new blood.”

There have been other departures from the Netflix show over the years, including Grayson Guernsey‘he exits his role as Ricky after the 4th season.

Mark Ghanimé, who played Cameron, also left the series after the 6th season was released.

Without playing Tara Virgin RiverFarber remains booked and busy with roles in projects like Hallmark’s I’ll Be Seeing You the opposite Tyler Hynes again Christine Ebersole.

“My character is a workaholic, who can’t give up his job to enjoy his life even a little bit,” Farber told us about the film. “She goes to visit her grandmother, she’s very close to her, and her manager calls and says she needs to close a deal on the California coast, where this is done. So, her grandmother takes a road trip, a girls’ trip to her and her grandmother’s best friend.”

He continued, “They get in the car with a flat tire, and that’s when Tyler’s character, Mark, comes in to save the day and flirt and show you wisdom about the need to enjoy your life and be spontaneous.”
