According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly Monday, April 6, Leslie Kuhn was hired as SiriusXM’s office manager The Howard Stern Show in September 2022 before becoming Howard’s senior aide in January 2024.

Four months later, Kuhn says he was asked to move to Southampton, New York, to work at Howard, 72, and Beth’s mansion.

She was also instrumental in creating Bianca’s Furry Friends Feline Adoption Center, which recently opened at North Shore Animal League America, the world’s largest no-kill shelter and rescue organization.

On February 26, Kuhn’s employment was allegedly terminated for cause.

“Kuhn alleges that his termination was the result of, among other things, a hostile work environment and the permissibility of such a hostile work environment, excessive family stress caused by negligent animal rescue and promotion of on-site operations, and gross and questionable business and accounting practices,” court documents state. Therefore, Kuhn fully intends to disclose information about the facts surrounding his employment.

The lawsuit also claims that the law firm representing Stern’s production company provided him with a separation agreement that contained a nondisclosure agreement that he said he did not sign.

Kuhn and his legal team alleged that the “signature” was “nothing more than his name typed in the same font style and size used to identify the names of the parties in the contract documents.”

“So the Confidentiality Agreement was made by [the Sterns] and, accordingly, it is empty [from the beginning],” the court documents claim. Kuhn never signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement.”
