The Israeli military said it found hidden Hezbollah weapons in a hospital in Lebanon this weekend.

The Israel Defense Forces carried out the operation in the Lebanese municipality of Bint Jbeil. Photos shared with Fox News show weapons, ammunition and explosives that Israel says were found at a hospital in the area.

The IDF says it killed “about 20 terrorists” inside the hospital building after Hezbollah was found monitoring and firing at IDF soldiers through a hospital window.

“The terrorist organization Hezbollah systematically and repeatedly used the hospital compound and its premises for military purposes, which constitutes a serious violation of international law,” the IDF said in a statement.

“The IDF operates in accordance with international law, and it clarified before the action of the relevant Lebanese authorities that all military activities inside Lebanese hospitals must end, and it disseminates these warnings through various channels. Despite this, Hezbollah continued to use the hospital for military operations,” the IDF said in a statement.

Israel continued operations against Hezbollah in Lebanon amid the US-Iran standoff this week.

The move comes after US talks with Iranian officials failed to proceed this weekend in Pakistan.

Speaking at a press conference at the Serena Hotel in Islamabad, Pakistan, Vice President JD Vance said Iran “has chosen not to accept our terms.”

The bad news is that we haven’t reached an agreement,” said Vance. “And I think this is more bad news for Iran than it is bad news for the United States of America.”

The vice president said the talks with Iranian officials lasted 21 hours, describing them as “important talks,” but added that the US was not willing to compromise on its “red lines.”

“So we’re going back to the United States, we haven’t reached an agreement. We’ve made it clear what our red lines are, what things we’re willing to allow them and what things we’re not willing to allow them,” added Vance. “And we made that clear as best we could, and they chose not to accept our terms.”

Fox News Digital asked Vance if he had been in contact with the President Donald Trump during the talks, and the vice president said he has been “steady.”

“I don’t know how many times we’ve talked to him — a dozen times, a dozen times in the last 21 hours,” Vance said, adding that the U.S. delegation has been in contact with other members of the Trump administration, including the Secretary of State. Marco Rubio and the Secretary of War Pete Hegseth.
