When it was first released in mid-January, Temple of Bones got a cold reception from the audience, who wanted to see the first star of the film, Cillian Murphyrather than a direct succession of disappointments After 28 years. That’s too bad, since they missed out on an interesting zombie movie that was broken every chance it got. The Oscar-winning actress has made a name for herself in the action genre over the years, with a stellar turn in the underrated Atomic Blonde and professionals Mad Max: Fury Road. That’s why I can’t wait to watch his new movie, Apexa fun retelling of the 1924 classic The Most Dangerous Game.
Theron stars as Sasha, a rock climber looking for her next big challenge in the Australian wilderness. He tells himself that he is alone in the forest until he stumbles upon himself Taron Egerton‘s psychotic drifter, who wants to hunt him for sport. He’s kind enough to get her started, but make no mistake — she wants nothing more than to shoot an arrow through his heart. But Sasha doesn’t like to be anyone’s victim, and quickly, she turns the tables on her distracted hunter.
With brutal fight scenes involving all kinds of weapons and amazing chase sequences that take place over a freakin’ waterfall, Apex promises breath-taking action that will make you never want to leave your home again. Egerton adds yet another twisted villain to his rogues gallery, while Theron continues to cement her status as a badass no one should mess with.

Remarkably Bright Creatures it has the impression of being “too good,” and, in the wrong hands, it can be unbearable. But the director Olivia Newman adapted a maudlin novel Where the Crawdads Sing in a surprisingly decent film, and I have faith that he can navigate the saccharine pits here. It’s always great to see Field in a leading role, and Pullman is one of the most talented newcomers working right now. Remarkably Bright Creatures it’s like nothing on Netflix in the spring or the rest of 2026, which makes me even more excited to watch it.
