Jack Osbourne he retaliates to criticism of his weight.
“I can’t believe I actually have to make this video. When I see another article about me saying how ‘sick’ I am, ‘I’m underweight’, [that I’m] ‘health problem Jack’ … It’s crazy,” first The Osbournes star, 40, said on Instagram in a loving video posted on Tuesday, May 19.
“I have not lost weight since I came out of the forest and did things I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! six months ago,” he said, referring to the UK reality show, which aired from November to December 2025. “I was the same f***ing weight. The only difference is that I shaved off my beard and opted for a creeping moustache. That’s the only f***ing difference. “
Jack went on to share how he has made a conscious effort to lose weight over the past four years, sharing what he does Brazilian jiu-jitsu regularly.
He said, “I have been losing weight slowly but steadily over the past three and a half years.
“What’s the f***ing big deal? I’m 5 foot 8 and a half and 155 pounds. It’s perfectly healthy,” he added.
Jack ends his video by criticizing the scrutiny he has received about his weight over the years.
“It bothers me to even say this,” he said. “All my life I’ve been bullied by the media about being overweight, and the fact that I’m down to a healthy weight, now I’m being criticized even more? F***ed.”
Many of Jack’s celebrity friends showed their support in the comments section of his post.
“Love you Jack. You tell em!!!” he wrote Kelly Rizzo. AEW wrestler Chris Jericho he added, “Don’t listen to the haters. You look great.”
In March, Jack and wife Aree Gearhart welcomed their second child together. They named their daughter after Jack’s late father, Ozzy Osbournewho died at the age of 76 in July 2025.
“Introducing Ozzy Matilda Osbourne,” the couple shared in a joint Instagram post.
December 2025, Jack told The Sun that she and Aree were able to share the news of her pregnancy with Ozzy before his death last summer.
He said, “It took a lot of strength on the sad side of things and stood up with a little more hope. It was easier for me – I think it was harder for my wife!”
Jack and Aree, 35, also share daughter Maple, 3. The reality star has three grown children with his ex-wife Lisa Stelly: Pearl, 14, Andy, 10, and Minnie, 8.
