Hello hello! How are you? I hope you have a good week. Today is full of appointments with my favorite clients and I’m finishing up tomorrow’s workshop. It’s not too late to grab a spot here.
In today’s post, I wanted to share the latest outfits. Spring and summer fashion is a million times better (and easier!) than winter fashion for me. I always feel blah in sweaters and jeans, but break out the dresses, shorts, and sandals, and I’m a happy gal.
We’ve also had a lot of travel lately. We went to Las Vegas, El Paso for a BTS concert, I went to NYC for work… and soon we are headed to Seoul and Tokyo. (If you have any recs, especially gf dining recs, please send them my way!)

Latest clothes
Ruti Jeans and Veronica Beard cropped sweater
I have worn this dress a few times. These jeans are my absolute favorite. They live up to the hype and yes they are a splurge, but it’s worth it. They have a little stretch, they fit well with TTS. I’m wearing a 4 petite.

Ralph Lauren Bear sweater and skirt
The first day of NYC clothes! I LOVE this bear sweater and I can totally see why it’s so trendy right now. You can find it here but it was from RTR. I was going to keep it but it’s already a billion degrees here in Tucson. I wore it with a Nordstrom Rack skirt and sneakers.
A shirt
Shirts are my go-to for most things, especially commuting. It looks put together without being over the top (although I do like a bit of a blazer) and you can still wear it while exploring.
Maksu is wearing sandals
I bought this dress in Spain last summer and was waiting for the perfect day to wear it. I got so many compliments – a few girls were asking if you could get it at Anthrop – and I can’t wait to check out the other options. The quality – the texture, the details, the fabric – INCREDIBLE.
Wear a dress and heels
She wore this to Liv’s graduation. This is a Rent the Runway find, too, and I love it. Honestly I might keep this one because it came new with tags and I like the fit.
Sandro polo and jean shorts
I found these jean shorts at Aritzia and they are my new favorites. The fit is perfect TTS, not too long or short, and was a reasonable price. Dress them up with this polo and these Amazon sandals.
How to navigate Rent a Runway
I was talking to a friend about RTR and he mentioned feeling overwhelmed because they have so many different products and options.
Here’s how I do it!
– Whenever I browse, I keep my favorite things in my favorites folder. For example, I might be looking at everyday clothes but come across a dress that might be perfect for a work event, auction, or wedding. I saved it immediately and it will wait for me when the opportunity arises.
– Check my favorite folder first. Since it’s already full of things I like, I’ll use this for a change. I have a 10 item monthly plan, so I get five items, and I can change whenever I want five different items.
– Check new arrivals. I will browse this section and add items to my favorites folder. If you rent from this category, there’s a good chance it will come brand new with tags, too!
– When I’m looking for things to rent, I search by type. I have a few tried and true favorite brands and I know I love the style and that it will fit. Here’s what I’m always looking for: Fio Farm (you know this is my number 1!), Veronica Beard, Hutch, Ulla Johnson, Rails, Maje (I feel like this one is slow), and Derek Lam. If something is out of stock, I’ll add it to my favorites folder and click the notification option to get an alert when it’s back in stock.
