3 Best Peacock Movies to Watch With Pride This Weekend (April 11-12)

Peacock’s April movie lineup is pretty much front-loaded, which means most of the broadcaster’s new movies for the month have already arrived.

There are exceptions to that, including newcomers Five Nights at Freddy’s 2. The first one was a hit even though it was first shown in theaters the same day it came out on Peacock.

Now, that film is one of the three best Peacock movies to watch with us this weekend.

The rest of our picks include top comedies and unusual animated films.

‘Five Nights at Freddy’s 2’ (2025)

Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 begins in 2002, two years after the events of the first film. Children killed by William Afton (Matthew Lillard) had his animatronic creatures and took revenge. Or at least that’s what Mich Schmidt (Josh Hutcherson) wants to believe. But she’s smart enough to turn down the advances of her younger sister, Abby Schmidt (Piper Rubio), rebuilding the creatures so that he can meet his friends.

Mike is also wary of officer Vanessa Shelly (Elizabeth Lail), Afton’s daughter, who may not be to blame for her father’s attack as previously believed. With that relationship in jeopardy, Toy Chica (Megan Fox) and Marionette lure Abby to one of the first sites to resume the animatronics attack. And this time, there is no guarantee that the Schmidt family will survive.

‘Liar Liar’ (1997)

Fletcher Reede (Jim Carrey) is a great lawyer and an even better liar He is a liar. He lies so easily that it makes him very successful in court, although Fletcher’s infidelity led to the end of his marriage to Audrey Reede (Maura Tierney). After dropping off her youngest son, Max (Justin Cooper), on his birthday, Fletcher is struck by Max’s birthday wish that he can lie for one day.

It’s not like Fletcher believes in birthday wishes, but this one is real, and it came at an inopportune time. Fletcher has to appear in court to settle a high-profile divorce, and he has to be completely honest while doing so. Not even hitting himself is enough to break the curse on him.

He is a liar broadcast on the Peacock.

‘Episode by Episode’ (2024)

Episode by Episode both a Lego movie and a musical biopic Pharrell Williamswho speaks for himself in the film. It’s an interesting way to present the very true story of Williams’ rise in the music industry and his occasional falls and stumbles. Even Williams’ real wife, Helen Lasichanand his parents came in to have fun and talk.

But one of the main attractions of this film is its musical appearance Gwen Stefani, Snoop Dogg, Justin Timberlake, Missy Elliott, Jay-Z and several others, all playing for themselves. Williams admits that he owes his career and success to his friends in the music industry, but he will have to make his own way to be fully happy with himself and where he is going.
