Rumors of romance swirled later in January when the two were seen at the luxury hotel and country club Estelle Manor in Oxfordshire, England, followed by a hotel in Paris in early February. Kardashian and Hamilton also sat together at Super Bowl LX that month.
An insider was told specifically Us on February 3 that Kardashian and Lewis had dated “a few days later,” but things are “casual” between them.
