Ruby Rose Speaks Out After Katy Perry Denies Assault Claims

Ruby Rose stated that he is done talking about the allegations of sexual harassment involving Katy Perry after filing a police report earlier this week.
“Hello! Final update on this: As of this afternoon, I have closed all my reports,” Rose, 40, wrote on Threads on Tuesday, April 14. “This means I can no longer comment, repost, or speak publicly about any of those cases, or the people involved.”
I Pitch Perfect 3 The actress explained to her fans that she still appreciates those who supported her choice to speak out against Perry, 41, who has denied all allegations.
“It will look like I’m ignoring everything from the messages of support, to other people’s experiences, but I’m not,” Rose continued. “This is a common request from the police and in many ways, a relief.”
He mentioned that after going to the police, he feels stronger. “I can start the healing process now. And move forward for a while,” added Rose. “I love you all so much.”
In a series of Threads shared on Sunday, April 12, Rose accused Perry of being inappropriate with her over the past few years.

Who gives as you think,” Rose said after seeing a post about Perry’s view Justin BieberCoachella 2026 set. “After that I dumped him, I shared the story publicly but I changed it to a ‘funny drunk story’ because I didn’t know how to handle it.”

Rose said on a separate Threads site that Perry “didn’t kiss”, saying the incident was very traumatic.
“He saw me ‘relaxing’ on my best friends lap so I could avoid him and he bent down, pulled his underwear aside and smeared his disgusting genitalia on my face until my eyes opened and I vomited. [sic] to him,” said Rose.
Although Rose initially said she did not want to report the alleged altercation, she announced hours later that she had spoken to authorities.
Perry denied the allegations in a statement on Monday, April 13, calling Rose’s claims “not only false” but “blatantly dangerous lies.”
“Ms. Rose has a proven history of making serious allegations on social media against different people, allegations that have been repeatedly denied by those named,” said Perry’s representative. Us Weekly.
