Taylor Frankie Paul Wants To ‘Take All’ The Flowers ‘Go’ In Trailer

“For those of you who don’t know me, I’m Taylor Frankie Paul, your new Bachelorette,” Taylor, 31, said in the trailer. The Bachelorette released on Monday, March 9. “My rise to fame came suddenly. Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. I have been criticized, judged and rejected.”
He continued, “But anyone who takes the time to not know me, will see that I’m actually a real person and I mean it. And someone who deserves another chance at love. Entering this role as a Bachelorette will be new to me. Obviously I don’t fit into a mold.”
Taylor was emotional as she said her three children are her “drive” and “motivation” for the season Gracie Abrams‘ “Close to You” started playing in the background. (Taylor shares daughter Indy, 8, and son Ocean, 5, with ex-husband Dad Paul, while sharing son Ever, 23 months, with ex Dakota Mortensen.)
“I’m trying to figure out who I’m going home with here. I’m not here to be played,” Taylor said in the confessional, before adding, “I want to take away all the roses.”
As Taylor SwiftThe song “Look What You Made Me Do” began to play, and footage from the rose ceremony showed Taylor handing out a rose to a contestant. Doug‘s hands.
“That rose doesn’t protect you here. Some of these people are going home,” said Taylor, while the host Jesse Palmer he laughed, “You’re keeping us on our toes tonight.”
The trailer then shows Taylor standing outside as the car pulls away. Taylor went on to add that she is “ready” to find The One, feeling that she was “given this in another chapter of [her] life.”
“I’m not a bookish person,” Taylor explained. “There are no rules.”
Clips from the season showed Taylor sharing a smooch while on a boat, smiling as she’s carried by a shirtless suitor, being swept off her feet in the ocean and cozying up to a man in bed.
“When you look into your crystal ball, what do you hope will come of all this?” Jesse, 47, asked, to which Taylor replied, “It’s the best version of me. And I hope you’ll be a husband.”
Season 22 of The Bachelorette will premiere Sunday, March 22, on ABC and can be streamed on Hulu.
