Is Madison coming back for season 2 on Paramount+?

Madison just finished its first season – but will there be a season 2?
Taylor SheridanThe hit series concluded on Saturday, March 21, after airing six episodes in two weeks. Madison followed the Clyburn family from New York City, who “moved to the Madison River valley in southwestern Montana to recover emotionally after a family tragedy.”
In addition to Kurt Russell again Michelle Pfeiffer, the stars of the show Patrick J. Adams, Elle Chapman, Matthew Fox, Beau Garrett, Alaina Pollack, Amiah Miller as members of the Clyburn family, Ben Schnetzer, Kevin Zegers. Rebecca Spence again Danielle Vasinova make other characters.
Russell, 74, previously confirmed that the show has already filmed a second season.
“I did the second season of Monarch [Legacy of Monsters]show on Apple TV, and unfortunately for me, it was time for Madison to arrive,” Russell explained Entertainment Weekly in January. “And I said, ‘There’s no way to do it,’ because I was working on this show.”
Sheridan and Pfeiffer, who both serve as executive producers on the series, came up with a way to delay shooting Russell’s scenes for season 1.
“Michelle Pfeiffer and Taylor were able to get together with the people at Paramount and say, ‘Let’s do two seasons instead of just one,’” recalls Russell. “‘And before we start the second season next year, instead of doing that, we’re going to start with Kurt’s stuff. We really want him to play a guy. And we’re going to get his first season out of the way, and we’re going to set all that up, and then we’re going to go into the second season and do that.’ So we were able to do that.”
While no official announcement has been made regarding season 2, Russell’s costar Chapman revealed on social media that production wrapped last month. Russell, on the other hand, confirmed that Madison It has six episodes scheduled for each season.
“I really like what Madison is. It’s a brilliant program,” he added while referring to Sheridan as “a really talented writer.”
“Taylor is great, and so is Michelle [Pfeiffer]he’s good, and he’s really good in this show. Speaking of awards — I think it’s going to look Michelle’s way.” “They’re all really good, but they’re good [Sheridan’s] writing that is very compelling.”
Russell continued: “I think it’s a very different show to Taylor because it’s a very female-oriented show.
