Promoter Nara Smith Keeps Her Breast Milk Out of Ice

The facilitator Nara Smith it’s nothing if not clever, revealing the unique way she’s keeping her breast milk cold this winter.

Smith, 24, shared an Instagram photo of her breast milk lying in bags outside in the snow on Thursday, February 26, confirming that her new storage plan is unnecessary.

“Kitchen taken out. Construction and no access to fridge and freezer = milk on ice,” she wrote, confirming that she and her husband Lucky Blue SmithRecent home renovations have caused her to change her usual last look.

Nara’s quick thinking came one week after she told her fans that the couple’s New England home was still under construction following “water damage” from the snowstorm.

“POV: You’re in denial about how the house you just renovated fell apart again,” Nara wrote on Instagram on February 17, alongside a video of her kitchen being stripped to the bone.

This model, however, had someone to celebrate this month as well. Nara revealed on Instagram on February 22 that she and Lucky, 27, have been married for six years.

“POV: It’s your six years of marriage. You just had your fourth child and you’re smiling with your boyfriends, not knowing what the future holds,” Nara captioned a video of the happy moments with her husband.

He added the caption, “It feels like yesterday🤍.”

Nara and Lucky tied the knot in 2020, welcoming their first child, daughter Rumble Honey, in the same year. They went on to welcome son Slim Easy in 2022 and daughter Whimsy Lou in 2024.

The couple announced in June 2025 that they are expecting child number 4, Lucky’s fifth, as he is also the father of a daughter, Gravity, with his ex-girlfriend. Stormi Bree Henley.

Their daughter Fawnie Golden was born in October 2025. “Our little golden girl was born on my birthday. [was] he was welcomed into this world by Lucky,” Nara wrote on Instagram at the time. “His entry into this world was sweet, gentle and magical. Giving all love and happiness! 🤍.”

Throughout the marriage of Nara and Lucky – both models – the mother of four has been called part of the “commercial wife” movement.

After posting videos on social media showing Nara in the kitchen, promoting the traditional duties of a stay-at-home mom, sometimes wearing high-end clothes, she became synonymous with the name.

Nara, however, revealed that she and Lucky don’t care about the labels others have pressed them on.

“I think [people] just express whatever they hear to us because it might be easier for them,” said Nara Us Weekly November 2024. “We’re just doing our thing. And if it makes sense, it happens. And, if it doesn’t, that’s okay.”

She noted that as a couple, “We really don’t pay too much attention” to what people say about their lifestyle.

The following year, Nara talked about having a “traditional” wedding during the July 2025 episode of the “Intent” podcast.

“One day, someone told me about it, they said, ‘You have a normal way of life.’ I’d be like, ‘What do you mean?’” she said. “We have divided the housework, I work, my husband works, we have children, we divide everything, I cook because I like it, not because I have to be lucky, it cleans, there is nothing normal.

Nara continued, “Then it’s like, ‘You have kids at 19 and you got married at 18.’ And I was like, ‘And?’ And they’re like, ‘That’s a tradition.’ And I’m like, ‘Oh, I guess that’s traditional.'”

The organizer explained, “It didn’t even cross my mind because I’ve always believed in people making their own decisions and not judging someone else based on the way they choose to live and instead I celebrate it. …

Nara also said, “There is nothing traditional about us as a couple, except maybe we chose to have children and get married young. But other than that, we split jobs 50/50.”

He pointed out that Lucky does things “traditional men wouldn’t do” such as dishes or dressing the children.

“And there are things I do, like getting a full-time job and having Lucky stay at home to watch the kids while I’m gone for two weeks. Which, I think, is not traditional in their minds,” said Nara, noting that she won’t be able to win with the public.

Nara concluded by saying: “I’m not perfect, I’m not close to perfect, no one is perfect, no matter how high we place people.”
