Many pre-made spice mixes use fillers, preservatives, added sugar, or ingredients that I would never use in my kitchen. Making your own is very easy and you can choose exactly what you use (and don’t). And the DIY versions often taste better than the ones that have been sitting on the store shelf for months.

What is the Greek Era?
