“There are different ways to design makeup tattoos and companies that do really amazing options, but because we decided on the look the night before, I had to print the designs at Staples 30 minutes before the store closed,” Glasser revealed. “It’s basically paper with this shiny wax on top, so the ink stays on top, and when you put water on the back, the ink falls off.”
