Leftist podcast host Cenk Uygur clashed with host Piers Morgan and other hosts this week on “Piers Morgan Uncensored,” accusing President Donald Trump of corruption and opposing US military involvement in Iran during a heated exchange on air.

“Piers, are you sane?” Uygur said. Citing donations to Trump by the Adelsons, the broadcaster said “it’s because he’s corrupt and easy to buy.”

Uygur added, “So stop working for Israel, you corrupt sons of b——. Work for America.”

Fox News Digital reached out to the White House for comment but did not immediately respond.

The move comes as debate rages over whether the United States can get too deep into the Iran conflict, with increased scrutiny over military deployments and long-term strategy.

The panel featured retired US Army General Gen. Ben Hodges, former UK Ambassador to Iran Sir Richard Dalton, conservative commentator Ben Ferguson, and Uygur, founder of The Young Turks.

Uygur said the US has no strategic interest in the region.

“Here’s your solution, and it’s very simple – we get if— there. We’re not interested in there, nothing, nothing, nothing.”

Trade has increased as Uygur question the use of American troops abroad.

“So tell me should we put in American soldiers or Israeli soldiers. Okay. Why are we putting in our boys?” he said.

He also accused Ferguson of underestimating American casualties, referring to the death of 13 American service members. “Ben Ferguson, the traitor, said it wasn’t a big deal that 13 Americans died. It’s a big deal.”

Ferguson backtracked and denied the claim.
