Barbie Ferreira Shows Off On The 2026 Oscars Red Carpet

I Euphoria alum, 29, showed off her figure in a royal blue dress as she stepped out on the red carpet at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood, California on Sunday, March 15. The stunning dress, designed Zac Posen from GapStudio, featuring a low-cut corset and a full skirt with a bow at the back. Ferreira completed her elegant ensemble with classic Hollywood-style waves in her hair, neutral lipstick and subtle silver jewelry.
Ferreira, who starred as Kat Hernandez in the first two seasons of Euphoriaattended the Oscars ahead of his new film Mile End Kicks, which opens in theaters on April 17.
The actress’ awards appearance comes years after she opened up about her fitness and self-image.
“I’ve been very insecure about my body for a long time,” the model said InStyle in 2019, relating her personal journey to self-confidence with hers Euphoria character, whose struggles with body image are documented in the show. “I was taking all this media stuff that told me I had to change, and that every woman had to follow a certain standard of beauty.”
In 2020, Ferreira shared that she still struggles with body image.
“Sometimes I’m like, ‘I’m the hottest girl in the world!’ And sometimes I’m like, ‘I’m the worst girl in the world!’ That doesn’t come from a genius, and I actually look the same in both cases, but it’s just my feeling,” he told Los Angeles Times. “Sometimes I like to talk about it, sometimes I don’t, sometimes I get tired of having to respect my body. I’ve been called brave all my life.”

In the discussion of 2022 no Who Wears ItFerreira opened up about the pressure to “be the person you love.”
“I think that big bodies are not what they used to be, which makes me very sad,” he explained. “But it’s more of a conversation that we all have self-love issues, and I don’t think anyone young has figured that out yet.”
The model added that some fans expect her to have a perfect relationship with her body.
“It’s funny that people just think that. Did I say that? I never said that. You say that. You sent that to me,” he said.
Speaking about the opinions he received from fans, Ferreira continued, “It’s not a bad thing for me to wear a crop top. [Comments like those are] just recommendations in the background. I’ve been doing this since I was 16. I am 25 years old.”
