The Young and the Restless Next Week: Nick Passes Drugs While Matt Laughs Like a Maniac!

The Young and the Restless spoilers for next week reveal Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is overeating while Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) looks on and laughs like the twisted maniac he is.

We also have Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) in shock. Noah Newman and his mother Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) are terrified, and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is frantic. We’ll get into the latter Y&R spoilers for the week of April 27th.

The Little and the Restless spoilers: Phyllis May Have to Give It All Back to Victor

Okay, so first of all, we have to talk about Phyllis Summers. He may have no choice but to give it all back to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). So, at the end of this week, Phyllis is in her office at Newman Tower, swearing on his photo that he will never stop and talk about Victor meeting his match in him.

And then while Phyllis is, you know, the villain talking to herself, Victor and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) walk in and they both laugh at her. They tell Phyllis that they have a deal with her that she can’t break, and she reminds Victor that he cheated on her the last time she made a deal with him. That is correct.

Y&R Spoilers: Phyllis Faces Jail Time

So, that’s when Victoria drops the bombshell that Christine Williams Romalotti (Lauralee Bell) is the district attorney again. And we know how you feel about Red. And Victor has his AI create overwhelming evidence against Phyllis that they are ready to hand over to Christine so that Phyllis can be prosecuted for the crimes. So, Victoria shows Phyllis the evidence and says, “Okay, it looks fake.” But Victoria thinks that Christine will enjoy prosecuting Phyllis and will see what she wants to see.

So, Phyllis calls them hypocrites after they stole the company from Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) and kidnapped and drugged Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and all the bad things Victor was doing with AI. Then they showed the second part of the show. So, Victor bribed a bunch of executives to get Phyllis to confess to these crimes.

Therefore, they have fabricated evidence and others have spoken witness statements. And he tells Victor and Victoria that he will call their bluff. You will see them in court. And Victor threatens and says, “Phyllis better leave the papers to return everything.” They stormed out. Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) and Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E. Bregman) comfort Phyllis, who wants to fight. Michael thinks it won’t go well.

The Little and the Restless Pirates: Phyllis Grows Desperate

So, next week The Young and the Restless Spoilers say that Phyllis is desperate to end her theft because the last thing she wants is to admit defeat and let Victor trick Newman into giving her anything back. I mean, it’s kind of insulting to me because they’re both criminals and I’d like to see someone else end this whole thing.

So, if Phyllis doesn’t give Victor what he wants, Phyllis could face imprisonment. And Christine might actually enjoy threatening to prosecute Phyllis, though I’m not sure Cricket would really go forward if she heard rumors that it was AI evidence based on what was happening. Michael might, you know, talk to him about it.

Matt Clark Versus The Newmans on Y&R

So, let’s talk now about May’s dust-up with Matt Clark against Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Nick Newman and their family and this tragic drug overdose. So, at the end of this week, Adam and Nick and Chelsea try to convince Riza Thompson (Tina Casciani) to open up to Matt and help them. So, they promised Riza millions of dollars. She is interested, but upset that Adam has been using her, so she wants money up front. And he reminds Riza of their past. That kind of worries Chelsea. Finally, Riza tells them that Matt will be at this old abandoned gas station where he keeps his list of drugs.

So, Nick is worried that Sharon and Noah are walking into a trap because Matt took their phones. And I don’t know why those people who know didn’t call Sharon like the Chelsea phone or you know the hotel phone or buy a hotline and call Sharon, call Noah, tell them. Anyway, they find Riza calling Matt and they want him to tell him that Adam and Nick gave up and went back to Genoa City. So, Adam and Nick leave for the gas station when Riza calls.

Meanwhile, Matt ran into Sharon and Noah at an old gas station. They got into their car. I guess they don’t keep the doors locked. And Matt pulls a gun and forces Noah and Sharon into a dusty old garage. And Matt promises it will be a nightmare. Noah tries to talk them out of it, offering bribes, yada yada. Riza calls Matt. He’s pretty sure he’s lying about Nick and Adam going out on the town. And then Chelsea and Riza can have a heated conversation about Adam.

Adam Worries About Nick on Y&R Next Week

So, in the car, we have Nick and Adam speeding through an old gas station to save Noah and Sharon. Adam thinks Nick looks hurt, and lets him get behind the wheel. Then Adam confronts his brother about lying and saying he saw his pill bags and thinks Nick needs to admit he messed up. However, he won’t. And Adam is still there and tells Nick that he’s putting them all in danger. Meanwhile, things die down in the garage as Matt tells Sharon and Noah that one of them will die while the other watches. So, that’s where this week’s cliffhanger comes from.

Matt knows from Riza’s strange phone call that Nick and Adam are still out there, probably closing in on him, and there will be a lot of danger before they even get to Noah and Sharon. So, next week The Young and the Restless the robbers had Nick at the end in the passenger seat. So, he is obviously in an even worse situation. You are shaking.

He’s sweating profusely because he’s been doing cocaine and fentanyl. So, Adam drives, but he’s worried about his brother and tells Nick that he obviously needs his drugs. And Adam tells Nick, just go ahead, do what you gotta do. So Adam encourages Nick to take the song so he can at least work and not on the DTs while they’re dealing with Matt.

The Young and the Restless Pirates: Nick Overdose

So, it looks like he’s going to lure Nick and Adam to the garage where he put Sharon and Noah. And it looks like Sharon and Noah are still tied up and chained together with heavy metal chains. Next week things get worse because Nick and Adam end up locked up with Sharon and Noah and Matt leave them there.

And Nick, of course, took more of the drugs he got from Matt’s dealer to take the edge off. But it goes from bad to worse and Adam rushes to help Nick who is over the moon next week. You are on the ground. He is in grief. Adam tries to help him while Sharon and Noah desperately try to free the handcuffs so they can try to help Nick.

The Young and the Restless Pirates: Is Psycho Matt Breaking Away?

Meanwhile, horrible, horrible Matt is watching all of this go down. He left the surveillance cameras there. So, he’s on the road in his car watching this go down and laughing at Nick’s overdose. He says that the rich boy Newman ended up hitting a bad bag. Keep in mind that he was contaminated with fentanyl so it’s clear that his dealer provided the contaminated bag in hopes that Nick would overdose. Matt already told Nick that he planned for him to overdose.

So, it looks like things are on the mend to some extent because next week Adam returns to Chelsea at the hotel. Now Adam looks sad and the worse for wear and Chelsea freaks out saying thank god he’s fine but she wants to know where Nick is and Adam looks upset about the question. So, I think Nick is in the hospital with Sharon and Noah walking all over him. But the question is, does Matt Clark live to fight another day?
