Kendra Duggar Says The Whole Duggar Family Is Helping Her, Joseph

Kendra Duggar she shared that the entire Duggar family was said to be helping her and her husband Joseph Duggar amid their recent legal troubles.
“Tell me [sister Joy-Anna Duggar] thank you for me, and I love him very much,” said Joseph, 31, on the phone with his wife, 27, according to audio obtained by Us Weekly with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, April 8. “He was just amazing, it sounds like to you, through all of this.”
Joseph also wanted to share his appreciation for his mother, Michelle Duggarfor being on Kendra’s side.
“I want to make sure you tell him directly.” And Mom, those two,” he continued. “I don’t know who all the others are involved in.”
Kendra assured her that “the whole family” has been by her side since Joseph’s arrest. He explained that everyone has been “helping out” in any way they can, whether it’s Kendra and Joseph’s four children or solving some of the duo’s legal problems with a lawyer.
“The whole family, I think is honestly like, ‘We love you and we’re here for you,'” Kendra said. “They said, ‘We don’t want to make decisions for you.’ They just say, ‘We’re here to support you.’ And I was struggling because I was like, I just need to know what’s going on somehow, but I can’t carry the burden at all.”
Joseph acknowledged that it can be “hard to get help” and expressed his appreciation for his family.
“That’s what we were realizing, actually, before all this broke out, that, hey, we actually need to be around people, because we’ve been away from people for a long time, we need that,” he said. “It was healthy for us to be around people. So I think it’s good that you still see that.”
Last month, Us confirmed that Joseph was arrested in Arkansas after being accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl, who was 9 years old at the time of the incident. Joseph was charged with lewd and lascivious behavior including molesting a victim under the age of 12 and lewd and lascivious behavior by a person 18 or older. He denied the charges.
Two days later, Kendra was booked and released the same day on a $1,470 bond. Kendra and Joseph are both charged with endangering the welfare of a minor and four counts of false imprisonment. The charges are unrelated to Joseph’s molestation case.
Joseph was later released from a Florida jail after posting $600,000 bail. Kendra reportedly rented out her home and sold her belongings to pay Joseph’s bond. Kendra’s parents also set up a GoFundMe page to raise money to “cover the cost of moving.”
After his release, Joseph and Kendra reunited, the The Countdown Continues the alum’s attorney confirmed that People on Wednesday.
