James Van Der Beeks Widow Kimberly Shares Touching Posts

James Van Der Beek a widow Kimberly Van Der Beek she continues to remember her late husband as she celebrates a family milestone.
Taking to her Instagram Stories on Thursday, March 26, Kimberly, 44, marked the birthday of their daughter Emilia with a touching post.
The picture shows Dawson’s Creek the star touches his daughter. (Along with Emilia, James and Kimberly also have daughters Olivia, 15, Annabel, 12, and Gwendolyn, 7, and sons Joshua, 13, and Jeremiah, 4.)
“The past few months have been heavenly. I’ve missed you my love,” Kimberly captioned the photo.
I The Varsity Blues The star died on February 11 after a battle with stage III colorectal cancer. He was 48 years old.
“Our beloved James David Van Der Beek passed peacefully this morning. He met his final days with courage, faith, and grace,” a statement posted on his Instagram account said at the time. “There is much we can discuss about his wishes, love for humanity and the sanctity of time. Those days will come. For now we ask that we be alone and in peace as we mourn our loving husband, father, son, brother and friend.”

The actor first publicly announced that he had cancer in November 2024.
“I’ve been dealing with this disease in private and I’ve been taking steps to overcome it, with the support of my wonderful family,” he said. People at that time. “There is reason to be optimistic, and I feel good.”
To mark what would have been James’ 49th birthday on March 8, Emilia appeared in a sweet video on Kimberly’s Instagram page.
In the clip, Emilia shares her tips for “getting over” the death of a loved one as she continues to grieve for her father.
“The first thing to go through with someone is to talk to them and get your feelings out,” Emilia said in the video. “If you miss them, you can cry, talk to them … I talk to my dad every day, and I start with a sentence saying, ‘Hello Dad, I miss you and I love you a lot, and I will never stop loving you,’ I just tell him about my day, how I feel, and I tell my family how I feel.”
He continued, “I know you can hear me, but I can’t hear him. … You just have to feel in your heart that they’re watching over you; they’re part of your body and they’re in a good place. I know my dad is in a good place. He’s not in pain anymore.”
