An illegal immigrant is facing multiple charges after pleading guilty to two separate murders in North Carolina that happened months apart.
Angelvis Jesus Quintero Fernandez, 22, was taken into custody in Charlotte on Monday following an unrelated traffic stop, in accordance with WBTV.
After speaking with investigators, Fernandez was reportedly charged with murder stemming from the shooting of Ludvin Antonio Guzman Morales, 44, earlier this year.
Authorities say Morales was watching a fight on Central Avenue on Saturday, January 24, when he tried to kick the suspects as the fight continued down the street, WBTV reported.
