The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ Dorit Kemsley he is fixing things after the latest report that his house is in danger of being foreclosed on.
Thursday, March 19, appearance Watch What Happens Live With Andy CohenDorit, 49, was asked about a recent report by RadarOnline that she and her husband PK Kemsley owe more than $840,000 in mortgage payments.
“That’s something I learned a few weeks before everyone else did [about it],” said Dorit.” “It’s something PK was in charge of. I didn’t know he wasn’t being paid. After we talked, he agreed that we would review it.”
Dorit confirmed that she and PK, 58, are “putting the house on the market,” and that she will be looking for a new home with her two former children, son Jagger, 12, and daughter Phoenix, 10.
Dorit and PK first purchased their six-bedroom home in Encino, Los Angeles, for $6,475,000 in August 2019.
After Dorit and PK announced their separation in May 2024, Dorit stayed in the family’s 9,000 square foot home with the couple’s two children.
“We as a couple have been subject to a lot of speculation about our marriage. We’ve had our issues over the past few years and we continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two wonderful children together,” Dorit and PK said in a May 2024 statement announcing their split. “In order to protect our deep friendship and maintain a harmonious environment for our children, we have made the collective and difficult decision to take time apart and reevaluate our relationship while putting our children first. We appreciate your love and support as we continue to do the work necessary throughout this journey. With love, Dorit and PK.”
Dorit filed for divorce from PK about a year later, in April 2025, according to court documents obtained Us Weekly at that time.
The Bravo star cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split and asked for sole legal and physical custody of their two children. He also asked for the support of his partner.
In January, Dorit said she was open to dating again, nearly two years since her split.
During a WWHL appearance, Dorit confirmed that she is the host Andy Cohen that she hadn’t dated since they broke up, but “I’d like to kiss someone.”
Dorit opened up about her difficult divorce to PK on the latest season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hillscurrently airing on Bravo.
In an event held by the costar Jennifer TillyDorit accused PK of “harassing” her during their divorce proceedings.
In a confessional letter, Dorit said, “My children, they needed love and support, and just being with family. This is the first time I’ve seen the impact of my divorce from PK and it tears my heart out of my chest.”
