More than a month after performing at Turning Point USA halftime show, Brantley Gilbert it opens its chest with experience.

We played a patriotic song and two other songs that I’m proud of and happy about, and as a dad, I thought it’s good for my kids to watch football and watch some of my dad’s songs.”

Turning Point USA spokesman Andrew Kolvet later called the event “a huge success,” adding that the organization plans enter the same show during next year’s Super Bowl.
In his latest interview, Gilbert reminded music fans that country music isn’t always represented during the biggest football game of the year.

“It gave me the opportunity to continue sharing my brilliance and my platform with the people who deserve it, and those are the men and women who have served our country with dedication and endured sacrifices and losses that we will never understand,” he said. “If someone is waiting for me to apologize for that, they will be waiting for a while.”
As part of his role at Real American Beer, Gilbert brews several beers for the non-alcoholic brand RAB ZERO. One dollar from every RAB ZERO case is donated to FACEthe nation’s leading catering organization serving active duty service members and military families.
“It’s not just for people who have recovered and want to remove alcohol from their lives,” explained Gilbert – who has been drunk for 14 years. “It’s for people who maybe you’re driving tonight or maybe you have to get up early. You’ve got things for your kids. You’ve got things for your job and you don’t really want to deal with them. It’s for all kinds of social decisions and lifestyle choices.”
