No doubt Miranda Priestly would agree Anne Hathaway‘s fashion-forward 2026 Oscars look.
Hathaway, 43, reprises his role as Andy Sachs in the future The Devil Wears Prada follow each other closely Meryl Streep‘s Priestly, delivered a big style moment at the 98th Academy Awards on Sunday, March 15.
The actress ruled the red carpet in a black haute couture Valentino gown covered in soft ivory flowers before the star-studded event at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood. Her dress features a strapless design and a frame-hugging silhouette with a sweeping train, along with a structured bodice and statement belt.
Her long black opera gloves added a touch of classic drama. Hathaway completed her look with fresh jewelry that enhanced her natural beauty, opting for a low bun that allowed her sparkling diamond jewelry to take center stage. An eye-catching necklace glistened on her collarbone, complimented by beautiful drop earrings.
Although Hathaway was not nominated for an Oscar this year, she is about to take to the stage as one of the show’s presenters alongside her fellow A-listers. Demi Moore, Adrien Brody, Zoe Saldana and more.

Hathaway recently teased that fans can expect to see her character with a major sartorial win in the upcoming flick, which hits theaters on May 1.
He explained that as Andy’s work expanded, so did his budget and wardrobe.
“People want you to find your truth,” he said on the March 12 episode of Fandango’s “Big Ticket Podcast.”
“We make sure that we make sure that we do it. So Andy has the wardrobe of someone who worked on the runway in his twenties and then had a job where he traveled all over the world where there are fashion stores,” Hathaway said. And, this time, Andy’s closet will be full of “expensive” clothes and “handpicked” items.
