Woman Fatally Shot Man Suspected of Sexual Assault

A Tennessee woman is behind bars after allegedly shooting a man more than 12 times after learning he was accused of sexually abusing a child she was related to.

Us Weekly He learned that a Memphis police officer was out on patrol on February 26th when he came across an unresponsive man lying in the middle of the road just before 2am.

The police spokesperson confirmed that the suspect – has been identified as Noe Santillan Rincon – had died after being shot 14 times, including one in the head.

Police found out that Rincon, 58, lived with her Alison Torres‘mama, but that he had left around 1 in the morning to go to the shop.

The mother said she later began receiving calls from Torres, 18, on Rincon’s phone, police said.

Investigators have not revealed what those phone conversations entailed.

Torres was arrested on Thursday, March 5, for murder. When he spoke to the police, he allegedly said that a 5-year-old girl in his family had accused Rincon of touching them sexually three to four weeks earlier.

The police said that Torres and Rincon crossed paths when he was driving to the store to pick up milk and rice, and it is suspected that he asked him if he could use his phone. It was then that he allegedly confronted him about the girl’s allegations. Police say shortly after that, he started shooting at Ricon’s van.

Torres allegedly told investigators that he actually took a photo of the gruesome crime scene before pulling Rincon out of the driver’s seat and into the street. He allegedly told the police that he drove the van to an empty house where he got there and repainted it.

She said she then left the car at the flat with her boyfriend, who insisted that he was not involved and knew nothing about her murder.

Relatives finally arrived at the scene and identified the body.

The police allegedly found a gun from Torres’ bag, and he admitted that it was one of the two guns he used during the shooting.

Torres told investigators he sold or gave away another gun that was used to kill Rincon.

Torres faces charges of using a firearm in the commission of a crime and tampering with evidence.

He has been arrested as the investigation into what happened continues. Detectives have asked anyone with information about this case to contact the Homicide Unit of the Memphis Police Department as this case will be prosecuted.

Jail records show Torres is a citizen of Honduras.

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement has asked Tennessee officials to hold onto him until they can detain him at a later date.
