Ryan Gosling Brings Back The Barbie Song With Harry Styles On SNL

Ryan Gosling he regained his dignity Barbie the song “I am Just Ken” when Harry styles his crashed Saturday Night Live a monologue.

Gosling, 45, is a great host It’s SNL for the fourth time on Saturday, March 7, to promote his science fiction blockbuster Project Hail Mary but he didn’t count on interference from Zitayela. The former One Direction star, 32, is next week’s host and music guest Saturday Night Live but unexpectedly appeared in the front row at Studio 8H a little earlier than planned.

“Well, I’m due next week and it’s been a while,” Styles explained with a nod to his former self. It’s SNL takes place in November 2019. “I just wanted to watch, feel for you!”

Gosling was impressed, calling the impromptu Style lesson session “very professional [and] so good,” Unfortunately, Styles’ presence seemed to throw Gosling out of his hosting rhythm as he mistakenly titled his new film. Project Harry Styles instead of Project Hail Mary.

When the cameraman kept saying Styles over and over throughout the promo, Gosling finally got fed up with his unexpected guest.

“Can you listen? It’s like your dating is a problem,” Gosling complained before a cameraman revealed he was wearing an “I <3 Harry" T-shirt.

The disruption took up so much air time that Gosling had to pull the news out of it It’s SNL a member of the cast Sarah Sherman that he was cutting their oddly themed dance number.

“Harry Styles is here? Take me to God’s land,” Sherman, 33, joked slyly. Morgan WallenHe is not popular It’s SNL to walk.

Finally, Gosling tried to calm his nerves by singing Styles’ 2017 single “Sign of the Times” in front of him. (Gosling Project Hail Mary the costar Sandra Hüller sings “Sign of the Times” as the karaoke song in the movie.)

“[The song] it hurts a lot. The anthem of our generation, some have said,” Gosling commented.” It’s called ‘Sign of the Times’ and, oh my god, it’s Harry Styles! Now I have to sing it in front of him?”

mopey Gosling interrupts himself with one line in the anthem to admit that “nobody wants this.”

“This is probably my last show … I really hate this,” he complained.

Gosling eventually turned to singing an Oscar-nominated chorus Barbie the track “I am Just Ken” as a way to bail on “Sign of the Times.”

“I promised myself I wouldn’t do that,” Gosling admitted dejectedly.

The actor recalled how “cool” it was to sing “I’m Just Ken” at the Oscars in 2024 before explaining, “I thought I had one in me, I guess?”

It’s SNL star Mike Day came out to comfort Gosling with a kiss on the cheek, and the rest of the cast soon joined them on stage to help boost morale.

“[You’re here] because I’m like your all-time favorite radio host?” Gosling asked, with Kenan Thompson they corrected him: “No! We just came to see Harry better!”

The entire cast ended the song by belting out the chorus of “Sign of the Times” as Styles looked on with a big grin from the front row.

Saturday Night Live continues on NBC March 14 at 11:30 pm ET with Styles as host and musical guest.
