Sara Carter recalls how the Trump-Russia collusion narrative first began to unravel

Sara Carter still remembers the moment when important details behind the Trump-Russia collusion narrative began to emerge.
“I couldn’t believe what I was seeing,” he said on “Hang Out with Sean Hannity” exclusively.
At the time, Carter was working closely with investigative reporter John Solomon when information from sources began to indicate that he might be under surveillance by then-President Donald Trump.
“I walked into John’s office and I said, ‘John, I need to talk to you. I believe there are people in the FBI who are spying on President-elect Trump — the officially elected president of the United States,'” he recalled.

Solomon, initially in disbelief, demanded more information, which led him to call his sources.
“[He] he is coming back [and says]’I’m not so sure.’ Then we start working together on this because we will not stop.”
Then something changed. Elsewhere, Solomon was contacted by unknown government officials in 2017 who told him that he was disclosing what he said An 11-year conspiracy undermining Trump.

He recalled the mysterious moment on the same podcast in April.
“We want to tell you that you are at the tip of a huge iceberg and you need to keep drilling down,” he said at the time, recalling the officials’ warning.
Solomon said that this incident happened recently on the Hannity TV show, where he had been discussing what he described as the rise of American communication.
As soon as he entered his house, he saw a government vehicle its lights are standing in front of his mailbox. Two men got out of the car, which made him initially fear that he was going to be arrested, but he found out that they had an important message to convey.

“Well, that thing you talked about last night on TV…it’s too deep,” Solomon remembers one of the men telling him.
“And again [the man] he said, ‘There is something wonderful dirty political trick that was done using the incredible power of the intelligence community.’
According to Solomon, two mysterious men urged him to ‘keep looking.
Carter spoke about the incident during an interview with Hannity, saying that, with the help of sources, they eventually revealed important information.
“My sources are gathered, [and] together, we were able to uncover the beginnings of what would become the most important story in American history,” he said.
