Off Campus Season 2 May Have Changes After Book Changes

Scripts for season 2 of Off campus they’ve already been written – so why is there a chance of a “correction” following a few surprise book changes?
“We all have eight written texts,” the creator Louisa Levy you are only told Us Weekly ahead of its premiere on Wednesday, May 13. “We have given [two] to the players but the writers’ room is over.”
Levy noted that filming will happen soon.
“We are getting ready to go into production and we have the season mapped out,” he said. “We know what we want to do – and we have some exciting things in store. I’ll just say … book fans are going to be very happy.”
While the documents were finalized, Levy didn’t rule out changes, adding, “They’re written. It doesn’t mean we can’t make changes. But we have a plan, we have a map [for the season]. But I’m sure the fans will really enjoy it.”
Based on- Off campus book series by Elle Kennedythe show follows an elite ice hockey team and the women in their lives as they “struggle with love, heartbreak and self-discovery – forming deep friendships and lasting bonds while navigating the challenges of transitioning into adulthood,” read the official synopsis.
Hannah (Ela Bright) and Garrett (Belmont Camel) The love story took a big place in season 1 – with several important moments from their book, A feastchanged to updated version. At the same time, the show stopped Allie (Mika Abdalla) and Dean (Stephen Kalyn) as possible sequels despite being revealed in the third book in the series.
“It’s great to have a blueprint for this great book series to start with, but adapting it to a TV show is a little different,” Levy said. Us. “We have to keep the audience focused in a different way.”
Levy broke the path from the page to the screen.
“We have many stories told in different ways. We have eight episodes instead of a whole book,” he said. “So we started with things that weren’t discussed much – that without those things it wouldn’t be Off Campus.”
He continued: “Since then, we’ve added as many book sessions as we could.
